At Erura, we are committed to the safety and timely delivery of your order. Every delivery is handled with utmost care by our team so that the consignment reaches you in its original shape. The shipping process is explained in detail below. 

Shipping Details

We give your orders to reliable skilful carriers. Whether you are ordering a oils or supplements, be assured that the contents of the box will be well looked after. We strongly advise that you have someone ready to receive the order as a signature may be required for delivery. This is an extra measure of safety so that your precious goods actually get to you without any possible loss of the items.

When Are Packages Shipped?

We always exercise every effort to ensure team processing and dispatching of your order within the shortest time possible. The shipping department operates within Monday to Friday only and does not operate on either weekends or public holidays for shipment processing and dispatching.

If the product is currently out of stock or the ordering is done after 2 PM local time, the product will be shipped on the next business day. In case of such delays, our customer service shall notify you without delay.

Delivery Options

Erura offers a variety of shipping options to cater to your needs:

• Standard Shipping: This option usually takes between 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.
• Expedited Shipping: If you need your jewelry sooner, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Depending on your location, expedited shipping can deliver your package in 2 to 3 business days.

International Shipping: We also offer international shipping for customers outside the United Kingdom. Delivery times vary by region, but typically take between 7 to 14 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
